Tamales Chef Carmen is hand making authentic and delicious tamales for the holidays!
Savory Tamales:

  • Chicken breast slow roasted in New Mexico red chili sauce
  • Beef slow roasted in a tomatillo green mole sauce
  • Pork shoulder slow roasted in New Mexico red chili sauce
$24 per dozen. $36 with rice and salsa. Minimum order: six tamales of one variety.
